All orders placed on Off Da Gridd are preorders. Products are not held in stock and are produced after the preorder period closes. Shipping timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on production schedules and external factors.

Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email. These dates are subject to change. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the carrier name and tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Off Da Gridd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Off Da Gridd is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you experience delivery issues, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
