Refund Policy

1. Preorder Refunds
Preorders may be refunded in full before production begins. If you change your mind or need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, refunds may no longer be available.
2. Production Start Notice
We will notify customers when the preorder period closes and production begins. After this point, materials have been ordered and manufacturing is underway, making cancellations and refunds impractical.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at offdagridd7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
