Preorder Policy

1. What Is a Preorder?
All products on Off Da Gridd are sold on a preorder basis. This means items are not held in stock. Instead, we collect orders during a defined preorder period, then manufacture the exact quantity needed. This approach reduces waste and ensures every piece is made with intention.
2. Payment at Checkout
Full payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
3. Production Begins After Preorder Closes
Production begins only after the preorder period closes. This allows us to accurately determine demand and allocate resources. The preorder close date and estimated shipping date are listed on each product page.
4. Estimated Shipping Dates
Estimated shipping dates are provided for every preorder and confirmed in your order email. These dates are subject to change based on production schedules, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
5. Delay Notifications
If a preorder experiences a delay that pushes the estimated shipping date back by more than two weeks, we will notify you via email with an updated timeline and any relevant details.
6. Order Status Updates
You will receive email updates as your order progresses through each stage: Pending Payment, Paid, In Production, Shipped, and Delivered. You can also contact us anytime for a status update.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Preorders may be cancelled and fully refunded before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations and refunds may not be guaranteed. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
