What is a preorder?
A preorder lets you reserve and pay for a Drop 001 item before it is manufactured. Payment is collected securely at checkout to lock in your size and spot in the run. Once the preorder window closes, we place the manufacturing order and produce exactly what was reserved.
When will orders ship?
Drop 001 officially releases July 25, 2026. Orders begin shipping on or around that date, after final quality checks are completed. Preorder timelines are estimates and may shift slightly during production — we will email you if anything changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — preorders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, materials have been committed and cancellations may no longer be possible. To cancel, email offdagridd7@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. See our Cancellation Policy.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are available before production begins. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always eligible for resolution — contact us within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a direct tracking link for your carrier. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) near the release date. Any questions, reach us at offdagridd7@gmail.com.
How does sizing work?
All pieces are a premium oversized streetwear fit that drops slightly off the shoulder. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. See exact measurements on our Size Guide.
