Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Production
Customers may request cancellation of their preorder at any time before production begins. If your order is cancelled during this window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Production Start
Once production begins, cancellations may not be guaranteed. At this stage, materials have been ordered and manufacturing is in progress. We will evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not promised once production has started.
3. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, email us at offdagridd7@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
